EPCOS NTC thermistors provide precise temperature sensing with high sensitivity to temperature changes. These temperature-dependent resistors feature negative temperature coefficients, meaning their resistance decreases as temperature increases, making them ideal for temperature measurement and compensation applications.
Our NTC portfolio features resistances from 10Ω to 10MΩ at 25°C with various B-values to match different temperature curves. The devices are manufactured using advanced ceramic processing techniques that provide excellent stability and accuracy over extended operational periods.
Important parameters when selecting NTC thermistors include base resistance at 25°C, B-value, tolerance, thermal time constant, and power dissipation rating. The appropriate device selection depends on the required accuracy, temperature range, and response speed needed for the specific application.
